PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Abstract


Di era globalisasi sekarang ini yang semakin kompetitif, organisasi menghadapi tantangan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung produktivitas sekaligus menjaga kesejahteraan karyawan, salah satu aspek yang menjadi perhatian adalah work-life balance. Studi menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur yang relevan guna memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literatur  atau library research. Tinjauan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendukung work-life balance, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, memprioritaskan kesejahteraan karyawan dan mempromosikan work-life balance dapat memiliki banyak manfaat bagi individu maupun organisasi.
