PERAN WORK MOTIVATION DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH RELIGIOSITY DAN JOB PLACEMENT TERHADAP WORK LOYALTY PADA PT BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG BANDA ACEH

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiosity dan Job Placement terhadap Work Loyalty yang dimediasi oleh Work Motivation. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 150 karyawan dengan penentuan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sensus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik SEM AMOS. Data dikumpul dengan mewawancarai serta menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil membuktikan bahwa Religiosity dan Job Placement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Motivation dan Work Loyalty. Work Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Loyalty. Work Motivation memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Religiosity dan Job Placement terhadap Work Loyalty.
