KURIKULUM PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN GURU PRA-JABATAN: TINJAUAN TEORITIKAL

Abstract


Aspek-aspek pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dasar bakal guru dalam kurikulum program pendidikan guru merupakan faktor penting yang mesti diperhatikan dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan calon guru.Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dasar yang dibekalkan kepada calon guru dan kesesuaiannya dengan keperluan pengajaran guru yang sesungguhnya dalam pengajaran di kelas, sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pengajaran guru.Secara umum, kritikan terhadap pelaksanaan program pendidikan calon guru adalah berhubungan dengan masalah terdapatnya beberapa aspek pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang sangat diperlukan oleh guru, tetapi kurang diberikan penekanan dalam program pendidikan bakal guru.Disamping itu terdapatnya ketidaksesuaian di antara teori-teori yang dipelajari dalam program dengan pengajaran yang sesungguhnya.
