Menakar Kinerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Melalui Peran Job Crafting dan Keterikatan Karyawan

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji analisis pengaruh job crafting dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah pada Kantor Cabang Pembantu Lambaro yang berjumlah sebanyak 75 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh atau teknik total sampling, dan disebut juga metode sensus. Mengingat jumlah populasinya relatif kecil, maka semua populasi dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial job crafting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Lambaro. Secara parsial keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Lambaro. Secara simultan, job crafting dan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Lambaro.
