PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA DIREKTORAT MANUFAKTOR PADA PT MANDOM INDONESIA TBK

Abstract


Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penentu kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Kinerja yang baik memiliki efek signifikan terhadap kelangsungan bisnis itu sendiri. Hasil dari kinerja karyawan terlihat dari kualitas, kuantitas, jumlah jam kerja serta, serta bagaimana kerja tim mampu bersama-sama mencapai target kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja divisi Manufacutring dari sisi kedisipilinan dan motivasi karyawan itu sendiri. Menggunakan 94 responden, dengan analisis kuantitatif yang diukur oleh SPSS 25, penelitian ini menguji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil variabel Disiplin Kinerja (X1) dan Motivasi Karyawan (X2) sangat berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 39.6 terhadap kinerja Divisi Manufacturing PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk.
