MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER UNTUK ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract


Character education is a form of conscious and earnest effort from a teacher to teach values to students. The teacher is expected to be a model for students first taught in everyday life. These values are certainly built continuously day by day through thoughts and actions. These values become a lifestyle that will be emulated and have a positive impact on family and school. The teacher has the task and responsibility to give guidance to students to become fully human characters in the dimensions of heart, mind, body, and feeling and intention in everyday life. So, children's experiences that are still global in nature certainly require the application of learning models that are relevant to their characteristics. Therefore, an effective character education learning model is needed in early childhood at this golden age.
