ANALISIS PENALARAN ALJABAR YANG BERFOKUS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI BANDA ACEH
Abstract
Kemampuan aljabar siswa di sekolah menengah pertama tidak hanya berfokus pada kemampuan siswa melakukan operasi aljabar. Sangat penting diperhatikan pemahaman konseptual siswa mengenai proses penalaran aljabar. Salah satu topik kajian dari penalaran aljabar adalah proses generalisasi dari aritmetika yang biasanya menggunakan huruf sebagai variabel, membuat model matematika dan penggunaan tanda sama dengan sebagai indikator dari relasi. Hasil yang diperoleh berasal dari jawaban soal pemecahan masalah dan wawancara.
