Pengintegrasian Keberlanjutan Teknologi pada Keberlanjutan Bisnis Tokopedia di Banda Aceh

Abstract


This study aims to analyze how the integration of technological sustainability contributes to the business sustainability of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh. The main focus of the study is to identify the role of digital technology in supporting operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business competitiveness. The population in this study consisted of all business actors using the Tokopedia platform in Banda Aceh. The research sample was determined to be 100 respondents consisting of active sellers, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling based on certain criteria, such as the length of platform usage and the level of transaction activity. The research method used was a quantitative approach with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of technological sustainability variables on business sustainability. In addition, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests were also carried out to ensure the quality of the analyzed data using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that technological sustainability has a positive and significant effect on the business sustainability of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh. The utilization of technologies such as digital payment systems, platform-based inventory management, and analytical features has been proven to improve operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships. Therefore, the integration of sustainable technology becomes an important factor in supporting business continuity in the digital era. This study is expected to serve as a reference for business actors and e-commerce platforms in developing sustainable technology-based strategies.
