PENGARUH PENGISIAN PENGRUSAN PROJEK DALAM ORGANISASI PEMBINAAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI SEBAGAI PENYEDERHANA

Abstract


Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fungsian pengrusan proyek dan kesan penyederhanaan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap kejayaan projek. Empat ratus enam puluh delapan organisasi pembinaan di Wilayah Aceh turut serta dalam kajian ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi fungsian pengurusan projek dan dimensi pemanfaatan teknologi mempunyai kaitan positif dengan dimensi kejayaan projek. Hasil campuran ditemui antara dimensi-dimensi individu fungsi pengurusan projek dan pemboleh ubah kejayaan projek kajian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengurusan integrasi merupakan sumbangan yang paling kuat yang menjelaskan variansi kejayaan projek. Diikuti oleh pengurusan lingkup, pengurusan komunikasi, pengurusan kontrak, pengurusan sumber daya manusia, pengurusan kos, pengurusan masa, pengurusan risiko, dan pengurusan kualiti. Hasil kajian ini memberikan maklumat penting tentang kesan fungsian pengurusan projek dan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap kejayaan projek dalam  organisasi pembinaan di Wilayah Aceh. Penyelidikan ini juga memberikan wawasan ke dalam pemahaman yang lebih lanjut  mengenai isu antara fungsian pengurusan projek dan pemanfaatan teknologi.
